Central Minnesota doesn't have an indoor climbing gym. For climbers in the Sauk Rapids–St. Cloud area, that means driving an hour or more to find a wall. We think this community deserves a place to climb close to home.

Summit Forge started with a simple idea: build a facility where people of all ages and abilities can discover climbing, pursue wellness, and connect with others. A place where a kid can try climbing for the first time, where a family can spend a Saturday together, and where experienced climbers can train and push their limits.

We're building this gym because we believe climbing is good for people. It builds confidence, teaches problem-solving, and creates communities. It's a sport where a seven-year-old and a seventy-year-old can both find challenge and reward. We want that for Central Minnesota.

As a veteran-owned business, we're also committed to creating programs that serve veterans and first responders — not as a marketing angle, but because it's part of who we are and what we believe in.

We're in the early stages. There's a lot of work ahead — financing, facility selection, design, construction. We don't have all the answers yet, but we're committed to being transparent about the process and building something this community can be proud of.
