Summit Forge is being planned as an approximately 18,000 square foot climbing facility for the Sauk Rapids–St. Cloud area, with roughly 10,000 square feet of climbing wall. Everything below is planning, not a finished build.

Top rope and lead terrain across roughly 6,000 square feet, with walls targeted at approximately 32–40 feet depending on final engineering.

About 4,000 square feet of bouldering on walls targeted at approximately 16 feet, over padded flooring — no partner required.
Integrated auto-belay
Auto-belay opportunities are planned across the rope walls so new and solo climbers can climb without a partner.
Beginner to advanced routes
Route setting planned across the full range, from introductory climbs to routes that challenge experienced athletes.
Instruction areas
Dedicated spaces for classes, clinics, belay instruction, and one-on-one coaching.
Youth programming
Structured youth climbing, camps, and skill development.

A dedicated retail area for shoes, chalk, and climbing essentials.

Summit Forge is not being built as a dedicated fitness center, and we are not advertising fitness memberships or weight-room amenities. The current building concept uses the former fitness area for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and storage space.
